P2P Platform Operator=They facilitate transactions, conduct due diligence, match borrowers with investors, collect payments, and charge fees for their services. They are responsible for the platform’s technology and compliance. Regulators=To ensure platforms operate fairly, transparently, and legally; to protect consumers from fraud and excessive risk; and to maintain financial stability. Credit Bureau/Rating Agency=To supply critical data to the platform to assess the creditworthiness and default risk of borrowers..
