By blending data-based investigative techniques with the rich narratives of Nusantara (Indonesia’s diverse archipelago), participants learn to uncover and amplify local stories that matter. This hands on curriculum fosters critical thinking, creative expression, and a deep appreciation for cultural wisdom, preparing you to create impactful journalism in a digital world.

Our program aims to build a strong foundation in journalism while rooting it in Indonesia’s unique contexts. 

By the end, participants will:

  1. Grasp Data-Based and Narrative Journalism: Understand the fundamentals of investigative journalism, data journalism, and literary journalism, integrated with Nusantara’s local narratives and cultural insights.
  2. Master In-Depth Research Techniques: Develop skills in comprehensive data collection, fact verification, and sourcing credible information to ensure accuracy and depth.
